About 150 people attended our All Souls service this evening, many of whom brought along a single flower in memory of their loved ones which were then incorporated into amazing displays. Our annual All Souls service of Remembrance and thanksgiving for those we love but see no more will be taking place at Headcorn Church at 4pm. This is a gentle, reflective service during which you will have an opportunity to light a candle in remembrance of your loved ones and hear their names being read out. All are welcome regardless of how long ago your loss occurred.

Please be careful around elderly or infirm neighbours as they can be frightened by some of the activities that take place. Also, far from being a time when we concentrate on frightening things Halloween really means the day before All Hallows or All Saints day and is the beginning of the three days when we think about those who have gone before us.
